Registration Periods

IMPORTANT
Please note that the transition from UA Connect to Workday Student will require a different schedule and process from previous semesters. All registration activity for Summer 2025 will occur in UA Connect with student registration appointment periods based on the “Summer” schedule below. All registration activity for Fall 2025 will occur in Workday Student with student registration appointment periods based on the “Fall” schedule below.
GENERAL DETAILS AND HELP
Undergraduate students and transfer students are identified by their current class standing for the purpose of advance registration. Advance registration is for current graduate, undergraduate, law, agricultural law, and readmitted students.
Registration assistance is available: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 479-575-5451. Additional assistance with registration in Workday will be available by visiting a registration help table from March 31st through May 2nd or by emailing wstudent@uark.edu.
UA Connect normal operating hours: 6 a.m. – 2 a.m. Monday – Friday and from Noon – 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday
SUMMER 2025
Advance Registration for Summer 2025 in UA Connect (which includes the Summer (May) intersession) will be March 17 – March 21.
Please login to your Student Center at UAConnect.uark.edu to check your specific registration appointment time. Undergraduate students are identified by their “Current Class Standing” for the purpose of assigning the appointments, and the dates and times are generated based on completed credit hours within the specific student classifications. Once your appointment time has begun, you have access to register any time the system is available.
Below is the summer registration schedule by groups. Students should view the Enrollment Dates section of their student center for the specific date and time of their enrollment appointment.

FALL 2025
Advance Registration for Fall 2025 in Workday Student (which includes the Fall (August) intersession) will be April 7 – April 25.
Workday can be accessed from either myapps.uark.edu or the Workday app on any mobile device. You will need to login with your University credentials. The Student Hub on your homepage will show your registration date and links to important activities. This includes creating an academic plan which is the easiest way to register for courses. Instructions on how to create an academic plan will be available on sis.uark.edu and projectone.uasys.edu/workday-training-materials-for-students. Additional assistance with registration will be available by visiting one of our registration help tables from March 31st- May 2nd or emailing wstudent@uark.edu.
