Submitting Your Official College Transcript to the UA
The University of Arkansas requires you to submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities that you have attended, even from those institutions in which no credit was awarded. The university must have your complete academic record, even if you withdrew from all classes at a previous college.
You can submit an official college transcript to the UA either electronically or in hard copy by following the guidelines below.
Electronic Submission
- If provided by your transfer college, transcripts can also be delivered as an electronic PDF (this is the preferred method for submitting a transcript) through services such as:
Credential Solutions (eScripSafe)
National Student Clearinghouse
Parchment
ACE/Joint Services (Military Transcripts)
- If your transfer college participates in the Electronic Transcript Exchange (SPEEDE), then you can request your transcript to be sent by this method.
Electronic PDF transcripts should be sent directly from the service provider to: registra@uark.edu. Transcripts submitted from the student’s email account, or any other email account, will not be accepted.
Hard Copy Submission
- Students may also submit hard copies of college transcripts by mail or in person. All hard copies must be in a sealed envelope from the transfer institution.
