Credit for Prior Learning
There are two ways undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, may establish credit for prior learning. This may be done through approved standard testing programs [such as the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), the Advanced Placement Program (AP), or the International Baccalaureate Program (IB)] or through the University of Arkansas Credit for Prior Learning Program.
The table below provides a list of courses previously approved by academic departments for prior learning credit. Students should contact the academic department which offers the course for more information on how to establish credit for prior learning. Once completed, the student and the academic department submit a credit for prior learning form if needed.
