Spring Commencement
Graduate students will be individually recognized at the University Commencement ceremony.
Walton College of Business Masters Students who will be indiviudally recognized at the Walton College of Business Masters Students ceremony.
Undergraduate students and law students are individually recognized at their respective college ceremonies across campus.
Students must apply to graduate by March 1st to be included in the spring commencement program. Visit Applying to Graduate for more information on the graduation application process and deadlines.
Students will receive information about registering their commencement attendance after they apply to graduate.
Students who have a change in participation plans may contact the Office of the Registrar
at 479-575-5451 or registra@uark.edu.
2026 Spring Commencement
Spring degree candidates need to apply to graduate by March 1.
Graduates will be added to our Graduate Recognition website the week of commencement. Graduates have until April (Date TBD) to upload a photo and/or message in Tassel to be included on the website only. Photos and messages will not be displayed during the ceremonies.
- Guests will not need tickets to attend.
- Only Graduate students are recognized at the University ceremony.
- Undergraduate and law students are recognized at their respective college ceremonies.
- At the conclusion of the ceremony, students and families are encouraged to disperse from the arena area as quickly as possible to avoid crowding.
- Light concessions will be available in both Bud Walton Arena and Barnhill Arena.

- All ceremonies will be streamed live at https://www.youtube.com/user/UniversityArkansas for those who cannot attend.

Commencement Program
You can download a PDF version of the Commencement Program here. The updated program will be available the first week of May.
The Spring Commencement program lists degree candidates for the current spring term and upcoming summer graduates that have applied to attend the spring commencement. Students applying for spring graduation or spring commencement must meet the March 1st deadline to be included in the spring program.
University of Arkansas Graduation App
Students are encouraged to download the University of Arkansas Graduation app on Google Play or Apple devices for details on graduation and commencement including useful information about
applying to graduate, attending commencement, and receiving the diploma.
Family, friends, and other guests will find helpful information such as the commencement
schedules, parking maps, live streaming and the list of prospective graduates. The commencement program book is also available
in the app.
Regalia
Graduation applicants may order their regalia online starting February 1st or at the University of Arkansas Bookstore beginning March 16th. The online portal will close on April 10th. (The late-order site will then open and remain available through April 21st.) Regalia will continue to be available at the bookstore through May 8th. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact the bookstore at 479-575-3011 or email Dakota at dhammer@bncollege.com
Students will be able to pick up regalia, pre-order announcements, get a graduation photo taken and order their class rings at the Grad Salute held at the UARK bookstore March 16 - 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All degree candidates are to arrive dressed in their regalia.

Guests
A clear bag policy will be in effect. All bags will be checked for security purposes, so it is recommended that guests plan to arrive early to avoid a delay in reaching their seats.
No balloons, wrapped packages, or strollers are allowed in Bud Walton Arena or Barnhill Arena. Compact umbrellas will be allowed. Click here for a complete list of prohibited items inside the University of Arkansas athletic facilities.

Parking
Free parking is available in any unrestricted parking lot on campus. Download a map of all parking areas.
Photos
Grad Images will be taking photographs of degree candidates and will contact each student directly. You may also contact Grad Images by calling 1-800-261-2576 or by visiting their website.
