Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

January 6, 2016 Open Registration and Drop/Add for new students who did not participate in Orientation and for all other students admitted
January 15, 2016 Registration for students using the Senior Citizen Waiver
January 18, 2016 Last day to receive 100% cancellation of fees for an official withdrawal

  • to register for or add a 4-week class;
  • to change a 4-week class from audit to credit
January 21, 2016 Last day to drop a 4-week class without a "W". A 4-week class dropped after this date but on or before February 4 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No 4-week class or classes may be dropped after February 4 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes that have not yet been completed

  • to register for or add a 1st 8-week class;

No 1st 8-week class or classes may be dropped after February 26 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes that have not yet been completed
January 25, 2016 Last day:
  • to register for or add a full semester class;
  • to receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date); to change a full semester class from audit to credit;
  • of fee payment deadline;
  • to apply for residency reclassification;
  • to have college-based fees adjusted by changing colleges
January 29, 2016 Last day to receive 90% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all uncompleted classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
February 1, 2016 Last day:
  • to change a full semester class from credit to audit;
  • to drop a full semester class without a "W" (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class). A full semester class dropped after this date but on or before April 22 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No full semester class or classes may be dropped after April 22 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes that have not yet been completed

  • to officially withdraw from all 1st 8-week classes (no individual drops);
