Summer 2008

An Official Withdrawal withdraws you from all classes for all sessions that have not been completed. The Official Withdrawal Deadline is the "last day of the classes" for the session.

For example, if you are enrolled in Session 1 and Session 3 classes, the following shows the withdrawal deadlines:

May 19 - Jun. 27 An official withdrawal would withdraw you from all Session 1 and Session 3 classes.
Jun. 30 - Aug. 8 An official withdrawal would withdraw you from Session 3 classes only.

May 31 - Jun. 3 Receive 60% cancellation of fees for Officially Withdrawing or dropping a class for Session One
Jun. 4 - 7 Receive 50% cancellation of fees for Officially Withdrawing or dropping a class for Session One
Jun. 8 - 11 Receive 40% cancellation of fees for Officially Withdrawing or dropping a class for Session One. No fee adjustment after Jun. 11, 2008.
Jun. 16 Last day to drop an individual Session 1 class with a mark of "W"
Jun. 27 Last day:
  • of Session 1 classes (no separate examination period)*
  • to Officially Withdraw from all Session 1 classes. Withdrawal on the last day of class requires a letter from the instructor of each class indicating that the student did not take the final exam. It cannot be done over UAConnect.
