January 8, 2018 Last day to receive 40% adjustment of tuition ad fees for a January Intersession class by officially withdrawing (no longer enrolled in ay classes at the University for the entire semester); charged $45.00 withdrawal fee.
January 9, 2018 Last day to drop a January Intersession class with a "W"
January 12, 2018 Last day:
  • of January Intersession classes;
  • to officially withdraw from all January Intersession classes

Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

January 22, 2018 Last day to change a full semester class from audit to credit
January 22, 2018 Last day to drop an eight week one class without a "W" (no fee adjustment). An eight week one class dropped after this date but on or before February 23 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No eight week one class or classes may be dropped after February 23 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes that have not yet been completed
January 22, 2018 Last day to change an eight week one class from credit to audit
January 22, 2018 Last day:
  • to register for or add a full semester class; to receive a 100% adjustment of tuition and fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date);
