Spring 2015

Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

January 9, 2015 Registration for students using the Senior Citizen Waiver
January 11, 2015 Last day to receive 100% cancellation of fees for an official withdrawal
January 12, 2015 Classes begin at 7:30 a.m.
January 16, 2015 Last day:
  • to register for or add a full semester class;
  • to receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date);
  • to change from audit to credit; of fee payment deadline;
  • to apply for residency reclassification;
  • to have college-based fees adjusted by changing colleges

January 22, 2015 Last day to receive 90% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all regular session classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
January 26, 2015 Last day:
  • to change from credit to audit;
  • to drop a full semester class without a "W" (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class). A full semester class dropped after this date but on or before April 17 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No full semester class or classes may be dropped after April 17 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes

April 10, 2015 Last day to make up incomplete marks for previous semester attended
April 17, 2015 Last day to drop a full semester class or classes with a "W" (no fee adjustment). No full term class or classes may be dropped after this date unless the student officially withdraws from all classes
April 24, 2015 Final copies of master’s thesis/doctoral dissertations must be submitted to the Graduate School for students graduating in May
