Spring 2014

Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

  • to register for or add a full semester class;
  • to receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date);
  • to change from audit to credit; of fee payment deadline;
  • to apply for residency reclassification;
  • to have college-based fees adjusted by changing colleges

January 23, 2014 Last day to receive 90% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all regular session classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
January 27, 2014 Last day:
  • to change from credit to audit;
  • to drop a full semester class without a "W" (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class). A full semester class dropped after this date but on or before April 18 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No full semester class or classes may be dropped after April 18 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes

April 7 - 25, 2014 Priority Registration for currently enrolled students
April 11, 2014 Last day to make up incomplete marks for previous semester attended
April 18, 2014 Last day to drop a full semester class or classes with a "W" (no fee adjustment). No full term class or classes may be dropped after this date unless the student officially withdraws from all classes
April 25, 2014 Final copies of master’s thesis/doctoral dissertations must be submitted to the Graduate School for students graduating in May
May 1, 2014 Last day:
  • to officially withdraw from all classes not yet completed (no individual drops, no fee adjustment);
