Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

  • to register for or add an eight week one class;
  • to change an eight week one class from audit to credit;
  • to receive 100% adjustment of tuition and fees for dropping an eight week one class while remaining enrolled in the semester (no adjustment after this date while remaining enrolled in the semester)
August 26, 2016 Last day:
  • to register or add a full semester class;
  • to receive a 100% adjustment of tuition and fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date);
  • to change a full semester class from audit to credit;
  • of fee payment deadline;
  • to apply for residency reclassification;

  • to change an eight week one class from credit to audit;
  • to drop an eight week one class without a "W". An eight week one class dropped after this date but on or before September 30 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No eight week one class or classes may be dropped after September 30 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes that have not yet been completed
