Fall 2014

Calculation of eligible cancellation fees for an official withdrawal is based on the student's total enrollment for the term. Questions concerning fees should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 479-575-5651.

August 29, 2014 Last day:
  • to register or add a full semester class;
  • to receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term class while remaining enrolled (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date);
  • to change from audit to credit;
  • of fee payment deadline;
  • to apply for residency reclassification;
  • to have college-based fees adjusted by changing colleges

September 4, 2014 Last day to receive 90% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all regular session classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
September 8, 2014 Last day:
  • to change from credit to audit;
  • to drop a full semester class without a "W" (no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class). A full semester class dropped after this date but on or before November 21 will remain on the official record with a "W" indicating withdrawal. No full semester class or classes may be dropped after November 21 unless the student officially withdraws from all classes

October 20 - 21, 2014 Fall Break (Student break, University offices will be open)
October 30, 2014 Last day to receive 40% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all regular session classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
November 3 - 21, 2014 Priority Registration for currently enrolled students
November 14, 2014 Last day to make up incomplete marks for previous semester attended
November 21, 2014 Last day to drop a full semester class or classes with a "W" (no fee adjustment). No full term class or classes may be dropped after this date unless the student officially withdraws from all classes
November 26, 2014 Thanksgiving Break (Student break, University offices will be open)
November 27 - 28, 2014 Thanksgiving holiday
December 5, 2014 Final copies of master's thesis/doctoral dissertations must be submitted to the Graduate School for students graduating in December
