  • to receive 100% cancellation of fees for an Official Withdrawal for Spring 2010
Jan. 11 Classes begin at 7:30 a.m.
Jan. 11-21 90% fee refund for an Official Withdrawal, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee
Jan. 13 Last day to add a 1st 8-week class and last day for 100% refund for dropping 1st 8-week class
Jan. 15 Last day:
  • to add a full semester course
  • to register for Spring 2010
  • to drop 1st 8-week course without a mark of "W"
  • to receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term course while remaining enrolled; no fee adjustment for dropping an individual course after this date
  • to change from Audit to Credit
  • of Spring 2010 Fee Payment Deadline
  • to apply for Residency reclassification for Spring 2010
  • to have Spring 2010 college-based fees adjusted by changing colleges
Jan. 18 Martin Luther King Day Holiday
Jan. 22-Feb. 1 Receive 80% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all courses, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
Jan. 25 Last day:
  • change from Credit to Audit
  • drop a full semester course without having the mark of "W" shown on the official record (no fee adjustment). A full semester course dropped after Jan. 25 but on or before Mar. 19 will remain on the official record with a mark of "W" indicating withdrawal; no full semester course or courses may be dropped after Mar. 19, unless the student officially withdraws from all courses
Feb. 2-11 Receive 70% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all courses, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
Feb. 12 Last day to drop a 1st 8-week course with a mark of "W" (no fee adjustment)
Feb. 12-22 Receive 60% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all courses, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
Feb. 23-Mar. 5 Receive 50% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all courses, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class
Feb. 24 Early Progress Grades E-Mailed for 1000 and 2000 Level Classes
Mar. 2 1st 8-week classes end
Mar. 3 2nd 8-week classes begin
Mar. 5 Last day to add a 2nd 8-week course and last day for 100% refund for dropping 2nd 8-week class
Mar. 6-16 Receive 40% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all courses, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class. No adjustment of fees for officially withdrawing after Mar. 16
Mar. 9 Last day to drop a 2nd 8-week course without a "W" (no fee adjustment)
Mar. 15 Application deadline for students who plan to graduate at the end of Spring 2010
Mar. 19 Last day to drop a full semester course or courses with a mark of "W" (no fee adjustment); no full term course or courses may be dropped after Mar. 19 unless the student officially withdraws from all courses

  • to officially Withdraw from all full semester courses (no individual drops, no fee adjustment)
  • of Spring 2010 classes

Apr. 30 Final copies of master's thesis/doctoral dissertations must be submitted to the Graduate School for students graduating in May 2010

Students register for or add these classes according to the dates and procedures specified in the Schedule of Classes.
