Applying To Graduate
As of August 18, 2012 application to graduate fees will be increased. Please see new fees reflected below under “What are graduation fees?”.
Application Deadlines
Spring - March 1
Students must apply by the deadline to be included in the spring commencement program.
Summer - July 1
Students must apply by the Spring deadline to be included in the spring commencement program.
Fall - October 1
Students must apply by the deadline to be included in the fall commencement program.

How do I apply to graduate?
You can now apply to graduate through your Student Center in ISIS. The link will appear in your Student Center in the Academics section under My Academics when you have met one of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student with 85 or more earned hours.
Note: Walton College of Business undergraduates must contact the Undergraduate Programs Office at 575-4622, WCOB 328, prior to applying to graduate.
Note: College of Engineering undergraduates must complete the EBI Survey prior to graduation. Graduation applicants will receive an email to the online survey during their last term. - Graduate student with one completed semester.
- Law student with 60 or more earned hours.

Are you no longer a student and need to apply or were previously denied and need to reapply? Please let us know and we will send you the application. Please contact your dean’s office at the appropriate office listed below to confirm you have met, or will meet, your degree requirements to graduate.
Applying to graduate does not guarantee that your degree will be conferred. You must verify your degree requirements with your Dean’s office.
Please note that your diploma will be sent six to eight weeks following the last day of classes.

What are graduation fees?
When you apply to graduate through ISIS your fees are billed directly to your Student Account.
Graduation fees cover the cost of graduation-related activities such as Commencement and the ordering, printing, mailing of your diploma and the retention of your records. The fees are as follows:
