How do I apply to graduate?

You can now apply to graduate through your Student Center in ISIS. The link will appear in your Student Center in the Academics section under My Academics when you have met one of the following criteria:

  • Undergraduate student with 85 or more earned hours.
Note: Walton College of Business undergraduates must contact the Undergraduate Programs Office at 575-4622, WCOB 328, prior to applying to graduate.
Note: College of Engineering undergraduates must complete the EBI Survey prior to graduation. The survey is available at the Student Records Office in BELL 3189.
  • Graduate student with one completed semester.
  • Law student with 60 or more earned hours.

For assistance with the graduation application process in ISIS, please see the Instructions to Apply to Graduate.

Students who no longer have access to ISIS will need to contact their Dean’s Office to apply for graduation. (Please see the appropriate office below.)

Applying to graduate does not guarantee that your degree will be conferred. You must verify your degree requirements with your Dean’s office.

If you find you have to apply for a later term, please complete the Reapplication to Graduate and submit it to the Office of the Registrar by the above deadline for your new term. Students applying past the application deadline for that term will incur a $25 late charge payable by cash, check or money order.

Please note that your diploma will be sent six to eight weeks following the last day of classes.
