Aug. 20-30 Receive 90% fee refund for officially withdrawing from all classes, charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after August 24
Aug. 22 Last day to add a first 8-week class and last day for 100% refund for dropping first 8-week class
Aug. 24 Last day to:
  • register or add a full semester class
  • drop first 8-week course without a "W"
  • receive a 100% cancellation of fees for dropping a full term class while continuing to be enrolled; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class after this date
  • change from audit to credit
  • have Fall 2012 college based fees adjusted by changing colleges

Aug. 30 Last day to receive 90% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all classes; charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class

  • change from credit to audit
  • drop a full semester class without having the grade of a "W" shown on the official record (no fee adjustment). A full semester class or classes dropped after Aug. 31 but on or before Nov. 16 will remain on the official record with a mark of "W" indicating withdrawal. No full semester class or classes may be dropped after Nov. 16, 2012, unless the student Officially Withdraws from all classes
Aug. 31-Sep. 10 Receive 80% cancellation of fees for officially withdrawing from all classes; charged $45.00 withdrawal fee; no tuition or fee adjustment for dropping an individual class

Oct. 9 Deadline to petition Academic Standards Committee for the Oct. 12 meeting

Oct. 29-Nov. 9 Priority Registration for Spring 2013 for currently enrolled students
Nov. 9 Incomplete marks from the previous semester attended are changed to failing grades
Nov. 15 Last day to drop a second 8-week course with a "W" (no fee adjustment)
Nov. 16 Last day to:
  • drop a full semester class or classes with a mark of "W" (no fee adjustment). No full semester class or classes may be dropped after Nov. 16, 2012 unless the student Officially Withdraws from all classes

Nov. 22-23 Thanksgiving Holiday
Nov. 30 Final copies of master's thesis/doctoral dissertations must be submitted to the Graduate School for students graduating in Dec. 2012
